It was so windy that all of our windows were creaking. But of course, Kai wanted to go outside. I thought it would be fine if I held him, and he would learn about wind. Besides, he would probably be scared that he would want to go right back inside. WRONG!!! he absolutely positively LOVED it. he squiggled to let him down. I thought, OK, I'll let you down but you wont like it. WRONG again! The wind pushed him so hard that he literally started flying...his poor little legs just couldn't keep up and he fell forward. I ran over to pick him up only to find the biggest smile on him ever! He did it over and over until he discovered it's even just as fun to try to walk against the wind. He leaned forward and just pushed his way through the wind...again, with a HUGE smile. I laughed so hard because it was just the cutest thing I'd ever seen! I think he's always going to love the wind in his hair!
